Our History |

Crossworld Securities Limited, formerly Crossworld Stockbrokers Limited was
incorporated in 1984, under the Companies and Allied Act of 1968 with an authourised share capital of 50,000,000.00 divided into 50,000,000 ordinary shares of N1.00 each.
Currently issued and paid up is 100,000,000 units at N1.00 each.
In September 1997, the company became an ordinary and dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Crossworld Securities Limited is also registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Issuing House, Investment Adviser, Broker/Dealer and Portfolio Manager.
